Personal Data Changes

It is important for Launch to have accurate and up to date personal information on file for all employees at all times, in particular, all employees’:

  • Mailing address
  • Telephone number(s)
  • Marital Status
  • Emergency contact name and phone number
  • Legal Name
  • Dependents
  • Tax Status

It is the responsibility of each employee to first make changes using HR Passport and notify the Director of Finance of any changes in personal data in a timely manner.
