Electronic Equipment Policy

Launch will provide all staff members with a company-owned laptop. Electronic devices are provided to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency in your assigned position, and to ensure that you are reachable by other Launch personnel or Launch families for any Launch matter during business and off-business hours. Employees may be disciplined for unauthorized personal use of company-owned equipment. All devices are the property of Launch and should be cared for and used in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Director of Operations and the Senior Director of Finance. If the device is broken or damaged by the employee, the amount to replace the device will be deducted from the paycheck of that employee. For specifics regarding use of a particular device or plan, please see the Director of Operations. All devices must be returned to Launch upon termination of employment, no matter the reason for leaving Launch. If the device is not returned, its replacement cost will be deducted from the final paycheck.
