Fee and Cash Collection

All school events for which money is collected must be approved by the Executive Director or Co-Principal and the Finance Department, and the Senior Director of Finance/Finance Manager will supervise the collection and safekeeping of funds and record keeping. Teaching staff and students are not permitted to do fundraising or fee collection without prior written approval. Outside of pre-approved special events, only the Executive Director, Co-Principal, Director of Operations and Office/Ops Manager are permitted to accept cash and/or checks on behalf of Launch.
