Employer Information and Property

The protection of Launch business information, property and all other Launch assets are vital to the interests and success of Launch. No Launch related information or property, including without limitation, documents, files, records, computer files, equipment, office supplies or similar materials (except in the ordinary course of performing duties on behalf of Launch) may, therefore, be removed from Launch premises or disclosed to without permission from the Executive Director. In addition, when an employee leaves Launch, the employee must return to Launch all Launch related information and property that the employee has in his/her possession, including without limitation, documents, roll books, files, records, manuals, information stored on a personal computer or on a computer disc, supplies, and equipment or office supplies. Violation of this policy is a serious offense and will result in appropriate disciplinary or legal action.
