The presence or absence of each employee is of critical importance to the successful operation of Launch. Therefore, Launch expects all of its employees to be on time, ready to begin work at the beginning of their day, and to work the full allotted time they are assigned each day and stay until their daily assigned time or responsibilities have been fulfilled. Any remote work or remote employee engagements must be approved by the employee’s supervisor. Employees violating these rules may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
