If an employee’s wages are garnished by court order, Launch is legally bound to withhold the amount indicated in the garnishment order from the employee’s paycheck. Launch will, however, honor the Federal Consumer Credit Protection Act, which places restrictions on the total amount that may be garnished from an employee’s paycheck.
