Fee and Cash Collection

All school events for which money is collected must be approved by the Executive Director or Principal and the Finance Department, and the Director of Finance will supervise the collection and safekeeping of funds and record keeping. Teaching staff and students are not permitted to do fundraising or fee collection without prior written approval. Outside of pre-approved special events, only the Executive Director, Principal, Director of Operations and Office Manager are permitted to accept cash and/or checks on behalf of Launch.
