In a termination or voluntary resignation situation, Launch management likes to conduct an exit interview about an employee’s reasons for leaving and any other impressions of Launch. Exit interviews can provide Launch with insight into areas for improvement. Every attempt will be made to keep information from the exit interview confidential.
