Election/Voting Leave

Launch encourages employees to exercise their voting privileges in local, state, and national elections. In accordance with state election laws, employees who do not have “sufficient time” to vote before or after regular working hours may be granted up to two hours of paid leave to vote in a governmental election or referendum. As defined by law, “sufficient time” means four hours before or after an employees working shift. Employees must request this time at least 2 days in advance from their supervisor.
