Paydays

Regularly scheduled pay days fall semi-monthly on the 15th and the last day of the month. In the event a regularly scheduled pay day falls on a weekend or a bank holiday, employees will receive their pay on the preceding business day.

Hourly employees are paid for all hours worked from the 1st to the 15th of each month will be paid on or about the last day of that month. Hours worked from the 16th to the last day of the month will be paid on or about the 15th day of the following month. For more information on pay periods, please contact the Director of Finance.

A statement of earnings detailing gross pay, statutory deductions and voluntary deductions is available to each employee via TriNet’s HR Passport website.
