Launch offers an employer sponsored benefits program in partnership with TriNet. Benefits eligibility, for those employees who qualify, will commence on the first of the month following 28 days of employment.
Employees will be provided with summary plan descriptions and premium cost sharing information upon eligibility and enrollment in any/all of Launch’s benefit programs. In the event of a conflict between documents and this manual, the plan documents will govern.
