The presence or absence of each employee is of critical importance to the successful operation of Launch. Therefore, Launch expects all of its employees to be on time, ready to begin work at the beginning of their day, and to work the full allotted time they are assigned each day and stay until their daily assigned time or responsibilities have been fulfilled. Employees are not allowed to perform work (for pay) at home or away from Launch unless specifically authorized for each occurrence by their Supervisor. Employees violating these rules may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including, termination.
