Launch promotes and supports expressing mother’s right to express breast milk on its premises. Employees will be permitted to take an unpaid break period or use meal time each day to express milk. Launch and employee shall work together to find mutually agreeable hours of work and breaks that support the continuation of expressing milk. To accommodate nursing mothers, a private room is available.
