Full Time employees are eligible for a paid leave each fiscal year for the birth of a child or placement of a child for adoption.
Parental leave must be taken within the first 12 weeks of the birth of a child or placement for adoption. This paid leave will run concurrently with an employee’s FMLA leave where applicable.
The amount of paid leave is determined by the employee’s years of service with Launch according to the following schedule:
