Employment at Will

All employment at Launch Expeditionary Learning Charter School (“Launch”) is “at will.” This means that both the employee and employer have the right to terminate employment at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or for no reason. No one other than the Executive Director has the authority to alter this arrangement, to enter into an agreement between Launch and an employee for employment for a specified period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to this policy, and any such agreement must be in writing and must be signed by the Executive Director. This Additional HR Policies Manual does not constitute a contract of employment between Launch and its employees.
